Very informative tour of the farm and dairy. We also met some very friendly cows

A guy knocked on the door took details and the milk delivery started. Numerous calls were made to Berkeley farm to pay them but to no avail. The details their sales representative took were incorrect.The number on their paperwork was wrong by one digit so they say. No email was sent from Berkley farm. Suddenly they stopped delivering milk and a letter came through the post. If someone calls leaves messages trying to pay. How do you justify taking them to the baliffs and tripling the amount owed. Anyone signing up with Berkley farm 10 green bottles ensure that they have set up a payment system. Their app and payment link do notwork. The number on the website when you call no one picks up, when you leave a message they never get back to you .They will take you to the baliffs yet you the customer are chasing Berkley farm to pay them.!

Thank you for the wonderful tour of your amazing dairy farm. My children enjoyed meeting and getting up close to the cows. Overall very informative.

A recent convert to Berkeley Farm Dairy after a price hike from our previous provider. Products are fantastic, deliveries are always on time and the dairy products are delicious. Very convenient to add odds and ends on, and unlike other providers they aren't extortionately priced.

Have had a milk delivered from Berkeley farm for some time now, always experienced great service and produce. Recently attended a tour around the farm and manufacturing/bottling facility, it was great to see the high standards of animal welfare and cleanliness, and provided such a unique insight. I highly recommend Berkeley farm diary.

We've been using the 10 Green Bottles service from the dairy for a few months now and it's absolutely superb. Reliable twice a week, helping us cut down on our plastic use and lots of wonderful local products that we add on from time to time. The butter, honey and marmalade are superb and they even deliver charcoal that's made in Marlborough! Highly recommended.

Set up for mother-in law. Issues over direct debit. Apparently set-up on a second account. Not communicated to us. Received debt collectors letter - If I hadn't intervened this would have been the first she would have known about it. Unbelievable level of stress caused to her (she has early dementia) and for me to sweep up the mess. All over a milk delivery. Sort out your admin and customer communication, especially if they don't have internet access. I am sure everything works beautifully under normal circumstances. But there must be a large number of current and potential elderly customers out there who need just a little bit more in terms of customer friendliness and support - I need say no more

It's a friendly place and everyone is really nice and polite

We had their Milk delivered for over 2 years and it’s been nothing but a perfect experience. Great milk! We also tried the yoghurt which was fantastic like the milk! Sadly we’re moving away but I will miss their milk and the great service! Thank you!!
