Brilliant gym, very friendly and will always be ready to give advice and help everyone out. I would highly recommend this gym if you are only starting out you could ask for help and always receive very good feedback on different ways to train different muscles! I couldn't be happier no hassle and a very clean gym as well.

Trained at full bodied fitness on and off for a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fully private which is very good because when I first started training I was abit anxious and worried people would stare. plus you get a code for the gym so u can train 24/7. Has everything you need for any body part you want to train. The trainers themselves are top class. Personally trained with Adrian a few times and any questions or how to do a certain body part he was more than happy to help.

Full-bodied fitness is a great private gym with everything you will need for ur fitness journey. I have been there for over the past year since moving back to the town and everyone has made me feel welcome coaches and members. A wide range of knowledge in all different aspects of fitness in this gym.

FULL-BODIED FITNESS
I was never into the Gym nor exercise. I was the pupil at school who didn't overly enjoy PE and got good at forging my mothers signature on the excuse notes. However when I was in my 30's I met up with Jason McLeister from Full Bodied Fitness and found him to be very knowledgeable and understanding. I basically wanted to become stronger but didn't want to spend hours in a gym. He encouraged me to start and worked out a manageable routine that benefits all of the important muscles. He showed me what to do step by step to achieve what I wanted in a short space of time. I have now been going over a year and in terms of increased strength I have noticed I can now lift my children much easier and for as long as is required. It has also helped me at work when lifting heavy ladders and tool boxes and I feel happier in myself. I like how I could approach with questions and was always enthusiastically shown solutions. Whether I asked about certain muscles or what could I eat for healthier snacking, he was able to answer it all and it is amazing to find someone who is passionate about what they do! And because of this you will see for yourself that he goes above and beyond to help you and it becomes enjoyable. The only advice I would give to anyone is make your decision to include working out as part of a new lifestyle and try hard to stick to a schedule. I am achieving results by going twice a week. Thank you for encouraging me to finally get myself sorted! Highly Recommend

After taking the challenge of a charity fight night, I approached Full-bodied fitness for help with fitness levels and conditioning work, Adrian was fantastic and explained the process each night in great detail, he set up a programme for my ability and helped with anything that I needed extra assistance with. Can't thank you enough for your time, look forward to getting back training with you soon.
