Poor customer service, so disappointedSpend half an hour going to the shop to collect my order as I received confirmation email 3 days ago, she just said your item is not here and yiu need to call customer service for advise !!!! What is her job there then, I expected her to contact and ask for update, she expected me to go back home spend another hour to track this item?!Will cancel my order and then contact customer service to make official complain.

Fantastic experience!I went to replace the temple tips of my sunglasses. I chose this shop because it had very good reviews. As I read in previews reviews, everybody in the shop was very nice to me, including the security guard. Very efficient and friendly staff and it was less than 2£, so not too much benefit, but they were just being professionals.

I had a bit of trouble ordering sunglasses online so I called up the shop and they kindly put a pair aside for me to pick up. It was the last one! Bethany was friendly and helpful, thank you.

If well remember, a consultant name was Beth from Camden Town store. I always struggle to find a sunglasses that fits me. Beth was helpful, polite and patient until I finally found those sunglasses. A huge thanks x

Ray-Ban initially caught my attention with a promising 50% discount on the second pair, an offer I eagerly anticipated using before the year's end. However, my recent experience left me disappointed and frustrated. Five months later, when I visited the store to claim the discount, I was informed that the manager had altered the rules. This abrupt change not only shattered my trust but also soured my perception of Ray-Ban as a brand that values its customers. Such inconsistencies in policy erode the brand's credibility and customer loyalty. Ray-Ban needs to ensure transparency and consistency in their offers to maintain their reputation and the trust of their loyal users.

Friendly staff made too feel welcome.Had great two & a half hours in store.Came away with two pairs of glasses.

A few days ago had the best experience with some staff from Ray-Ban Camden store. After trying to make contact with a number of stores, and ringing lots of numbers which most time we're not answered, or answered by someone who didn't have a clue, I got round to Camden branch who were BRILLIANT! Efficiently, and with the most natural motivation in wanting to actually help the matter, they proceeded to work as a team and got my problem sorted within a couple of days. I was able to pick my replacement glasses from their branch. Thankyou so much all staff at RAY-BAN CAMDEN!!!!

Great shop lots of advice despite not having much information on glasses and perscriptions.They was happy to answer all my list of questions.
