Great reliable, trustworthy and honest service.Unfortunately my car has had quite a few issues recently but they have all been sorted out quickly and efficiently.DACK also saved our family holiday with a speedy clutch replacement.Mollys customer service is top level. She makes sure you’re kept up to date with the progress. All staff are super friendly.Will continue to use this garage for all our future needs.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was referred to these guys by my regular garage as they don't deal with turbo issues, turned out not to be a turbo problem but the issue was quickly found and repaired. The chap who was dealing with my vehicle, Tom, was incredibly helpful and understanding regarding my need to have it back quickly for a business commitment. Tom did his best to make sure it was ready in time and I got to the show I was booked into. Cannot stress enough how much it makes me want to come back to deal with this business again when they have staff with these mannerisms, genuinely friendly and looking to help where they can. I was kept informed and asked about each part and labour cost if I wanted to continue. Made an incredibly stressful time a lot easier, really good bunch.

I've used Dack Motor Group now for the last 3 requirements for my car and found them to be polite, efficient, engaging and down to earth with a can do" attitude. My last visit meant I was entrusted to Molly who explained precisely what would happen after listening to my needs. After a google search of garages who were independent Mercedes specialists in my area, I came across Dack motor group who have been much more helpful with dealing with an issue; my previous garage couldn't carry out due to lack of equipment and understanding.From the initial phone call Molly was knowledgeable and even called me the day prior to my appointment to confirm, something you wouldn't get from many large motor companies I have used in the past. Needless to say they will be getting my business for routine services in the future thank you Molly

I have a car warranty and when the engine management light came on Dack Lincoln were the allocated garage to carry out the diagnostics and repair.Having never used the garage before all I can say is what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Molly however all the staff were brilliant and kept me informed throughout the repair process.I would certainly recommend them to anyone as the experience was beyond expected and better than that received at the main dealer.Thank you so much

I will absolutely be returning to Dack for my next service and mot. I rang them on Monday as another company had unfortunately had to cancel my appointment and Molly was so helpful on the phone, fitting me in within 48 hours of calling! She also kept me up to date during the service and mot of my vehicle. Molly was so helpful, excellent customer service received! The price was cheaper than that quoted by two other companies as well! Overall a fantastic experience!

I’ve used Dack for van hire, service and MOT. They are a great company. Everyone’s so nice and friendly. Special thanks for Amy who took the stress from me and sorted everything keeping me up to date on parts arriving, work on going and cleaning prep etc. She even got the car ready and defrosted for me to collect in the morning. 10/10
