Fantastic service! Hired a horse for my Indian wedding, the horse was well trained and coped well with yhe loud drums and people around it! The team were on time, behaved professionally and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Defo recommend!

Wow! That's really all I can say about the incredible service we received from Ostler on our wedding day!We were slightly hesitant about booking a carriage for our wedding day - particularly as the weather in March can be very unpredictable! But the lovely lady we spoke to at the office when we called to enquire (I believe her name was Joy but I may have that wrong!) was very patient with us in checking that the route we were considering would be suitable and we went for the white lattice top glass coach which was very weather proof and secure. But even so she made sure we were provided with blankets just in case the weather turned and while we ended up with a beautiful day this attention to detail was greatly appreciated.The staff were incredibly communicative the entire process and when we needed to change our route this was done without any hastle at all.On the day itself there was really no feeling quite like seeing this stunning carriage pull up and knowing it was for us! They arrived very promptly and were very patient when I ended up running late. The horses were good as gold the entire time. They handled busy roads and roundabouts with ease leaving us to just relax and enjoy the experience.The carriage was incredibly comfortable and gave us a much needed chance to breath and relax which was greatly appreciated! And they had decorated it with flowers in our wedding colours which was a lovely touch.I honestly couldn't fault a single part of the Ostler experience and felt it was worth every penny. Other than actually getting married it was the highlight of our day and I really hope we will be able to use Ostler again one day in the future.And if you are in any doubt about booking with them I'd definitely recommend giving them a call as their passion and love for their horses absolutely shines through in everything they do. And we would certainly highly recommend them to anyone who really wants that extra moment of magic on their big day.Thank you again to our horses Daisy and Spice and all the incredible staff at Ostler for the absolute magic and joy you gave us!

From the very first contact with the Ostler we have been extremely satisfied, they maintained adequate communication and listened to our needs. On the day everything was smooth and organised and the horses were immaculaty presented, the carriage was devine, I genuinly felt like a princess it was a dream day made complete by the attention to detail from this company, thankyou

Truly magical, excellent customer service from initial contact to the special day. Horse and Carriage looked stunning and the team are professional, friendly and great fun. We also went on Christmas ride and this was lovely. Santa and his team made it extra special! They go above and beyond to make the rides extra special. A big thank you!

We booked a horse and carriage from The Ostler for our daughter's wedding in August.Booking was straight forward and the price was excellent.It was a surprise which we kept a secret until the coach arrived on the wedding morning.Demma kept in touch with me in the run up and we agreed every detail. She was professional to a fault and I was confident everything would be perfect.It was !Oh my goodness when they did arrive there was not a dry eye in the house. Just stunning !Nathan our coachman and his partner were fabulousThe horses were immaculate and we 100% recommend.

Very professional service, the carraige,grooms and horses were superb, my grandaughters prom night was made complete with the cinderella coach. I would highly recommend this company.

We used Ostler for our wedding transport and so happy with the service we got! The horses looked beautiful and the drivers were amazing. Truly felt like a princesses on my wedding day and couldn’t recommend them high enough to anyone!
