Honest, professional and helpful! I poped in today because my mac charger broke. Most places would have just sold me a new charger, happy to take a £40 sale. The guy who runs this place had a look at my old charger and replaced the part that was broken with a second hand one, which cost me £2! I'll be back for sure.

Terrible customer service and would not recommend the Teddington location to anyone...Initially replaced a broken screen on an iPhone 13.Reported new screen was getting hot and battery life was massively impacted within about a week. No recommendation offered and no action taken.One week later the screen cracks and dies completely.They offered to try getting replacement from the supplier, but as screen cracked may be an issue.In the following week I received no proactive updates.It all ends with me having to demand my phone back as the only offered solution was to throw more good money at them for a new screen which I was not prepared to do.It seems these guys are OK when it works, but have never had any lessons in Customer Service / Loyalty...In the end I took it to ismash in Kingston and was up and running within the hour!

Very good service, my laptop works perfectly again after several issues, highly recommend. I was met with professionalism and very advanced knowledge. Very friendly and trustworthy :) 5 stars, happy customer.

AWFUL! DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!gave this place my phone for a simple screen repair job and it took then A MONTH to tell me they hadn't used the right screen and wanted an extra 50 quid on top of over a hundred pounds I'd already paid, to order in the correct screen. He refused to give me any discount for the time and bad customer service or even just forgo the new extra charge and just honour the origional deal for the repair.So I got a refund and took my broken phone to a place nearby in Kingston and they repaired it easily within 2 days at a lot cheaper then this place where charging.Not only was it a rip off but the customer service was AWFUL, I kept having to ring up or come in to get updates despite requesting that they ring me either way to let me know what's going on regardless of success on the repair. They were incredibly slow and a month to wait for a simple screen replacement is ridiculous.They wasted a month of my time and I will be warning everyone I know to stay away from them.The main staff member who seems to run the shop also became rather rude when I asked for the original price to be honoured and then even ruder when I decided I would like a refund.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

iMac running at snail pace. Problem quickly identified and new SSHD and increased RAM transformed this into a super fast machine. Excellent quick service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I asked Michael if he could have a look at my MacBook Pro as the Charger had Sparked and Burnt out at the Charging Connection Point. Michael Happily took my MacBook in for me and he Fixed it with No Problems I am really grateful as I thought I might have lost all my Music Production. When I retuned back to the PC Mac Doctors, Michael Turned it on and it worked just like before. I highly recommend PC Mac Doctors in Teddington. 10/10 Top Service Thanks Very Much - Kevin

Got my iPhone 7+ repaired here. Staff polite and friendly. Price was bit high but the result made it worth the extra few bucks. Service was quick and efficient. I’ve got no other phone screen repair experiences that even comes close to this one.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had in any firm. Had my sons iPad in their store being “fixed” for 10 weeks! Everytime I call for an update I'm put on hold, told someone will call me back and no one ever does. Been told they are trying to fix the issue, could be this problem, could be that problem but no actual update on what the hell is going on!Will not be using them again that’s for certain!

PC Mac Doctors addressed my needs promptly and courteously. The owner provided a level of service beyond my expectations. The staff here are very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed my computer, but took too long and charged too much. We won't be returning.Dropped my MacBook off for a simple replacement of charging port, paid up front for 'diagnostics', told me they'd be in touch by end of the week. Two weeks later, finally get a call to tell me what's involved and pay up front for work - was given £20 discount off £90 labour cost for delay, told it'll be a couple of days.Another two weeks go by, so I call them. Couldn't find my details, asked for my number and told me someone would contact me that day. (Took about 6 attempts for my friend on the phone to take the number down correctly). No call back.A few days later, I called again. Was told work hadn't been started, because they were 'waiting for me to confirm' I wanted it done! What paying up front means then, I'm not sure.Asked if there was anything more they could do to compensate for over a month without a computer, but was told no 'I'd basically be doing the work for free then!' Hardly... I still paid £70 for the labour alone!Picking the computer up was a whole other long-winded pain in the bum that I won't bore anyone still reading with.Michael, who I dealt with mostly on the phone, was pleasant and obviously doing the best he can with a rubbish system and company policy... but on the whole, not even nearly good enough for the price!
