Wonderful and quick experience getting my FBI background check done. I had the results a mere few hours after my appointment. The lady who took my fingerprints (I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name) was lovely, helpful, thorough and transparent about the process. It is refreshing to see this level of professionalism in a member of staff nowadays! I highly recommend this service.

I visited the Birmingham office recently because I required fingerprints for a visa application. The fingerprint officer, Amanda Harrison, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable — taking the time to answer all questions/concerns I had. Mine were tricky fingerprints to take because I have poor ridge characteristics. Nevertheless, Amanda tried her very upmost to get as best quality prints as possible, and wrote me a statement detailing the physical issues that, in her expert opinion, hinder obtaining good prints; this statement should prove useful for the visa application. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a highly professional fingerprint service.

Very good communication from the support staff. Appointment was carried out on time and very professionally. Kevin was exceptional in explaining the process and it was clear he had knowledge of process and what I could expect from the authorities with whom the fingerprints were required.
