Cranio Sacral Therapy - Peaceful Heart Therapies

I have had a few sessions now with Zofia and one of them was a remote session. This is my first time having craniosacral therapy, as I had come to her for neck strain tension. She is very well knowledgable about the body and how it works and she works intuitively to help bring body to balance. I highly recommend Zofia as a therapist as she has a gentle, yet effective approach to her healing. I also recommend craniosacral therapy to those who havent had as its a gentle way to align body. Thanks to Zofia's friendly and professional approach I felt very comfortable during the session. Zofia is very sensitive and gentle, which helped me a lot while releasing some of the difficult emotions. I felt very safe. After the session I felt much lighter.
