Looking through the reviews I can see several and I think they’re all about the same woman, went in with my child under two and I was really nervous and she’s really shy and can get upset easily, I was explaining this and instead of ‘oh no problem let’s try and see what we can do’ I got ‘ Is this your first child’ ‘put her on the stool’, that turned me sour straight away inside and I thought you rude nasty woman, looking down on me smirking like a piece of rubbish, I was so angry but never said anything as another person came into the shop, it was very rushed and the photo has a shadow on her face so now I’m having to go somewhere else, she said it would be fine and printed it off and just to say she’s under 6 so it’s fine, well it isn’t, I’m a 27 year old woman but I think she thought I was a lot younger and could just fob me off, she definitely shouldn’t be doing her job their Amy longer, making people feel like shot and doing awful photos, I wasn’t expecting miracles as I say she’s just under 2 but being a little bit kinder would of been nice or just NORMAL, then to continuously quiz me about my circumstances was just rude and not needed as I didn’t want to discuss and shouldn’t of felt like I had to give out personal information. Won’t ever go to any branches ever again, one day someone will say something to her and it won’t be a nice situation, disgusting!

Kerry was amazing and she helped me get my prints in the correct size and good quality if you want photos printed this is the place to go to.

So rude no customer service. I asked her to retake the photo and she refused

I’m really disappointed. The lady it’s not nice at all. Just super fast. Like she think do any pic and go. I said I don’t like the pic of my 8 months old so she looked at me like I was completely rude to her. She did new pic and when she printed I realised she printed the pic I didn’t like it ! Will never come back there again.

Super helpful staff, great prices

Asked for my film to be put on cd as well as printed, collected today and no cd’s inside. Also took over 2 weeks to get processed

Can be busy at times but staff are very helpful and go through things if you want help. Lots of different services available

The staff are very friendly I had 2 canvas gallery done today they were very helpful a dark haired and a blonde haired staff

Kirsty - Leigh helped me out on the day I visited. Very friendly efficient and knowledgeable i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop it will be my go to from now on.
