As the website said not to book if less than 6 people and to just turn up as the least there would be is waiting in the lounge area, I turned up with a family of 5. I was told there was not a table, and likely to not be for some time, and the lounge area was also full. What kind of business model is this? Can't book, guarantee waiting area that is not guaranteed and to add insult, plenty of space outside in external area that would hold us. Personally, as soon as we appeared with children at 7pm I feel we were declined straight away. Never again.

Staff were friendly and attentive.Food was terrible. Nachos were covered in fairly revolting cheese" sauce. Pizza was so soggy and bad that most of it was left uneaten. Burger was mediocre at best. The milkshakes were OK. Wildly overpriced for the quality."

I'm very sorry to say that but if you are coeliac, PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE!They confused my food allergy with being vegetarian.They fry all the food in the same fryer, and they guaranteed me that my chips were gluten free (instead I later discovered that they were only" vegetarian). Obviously

I visited the stirling branch which was poor in every aspect. The menu which has a variety of burgers making up about 40% of the menu but they have “no buns”. Left with little choice I ordered a plain hot dog. The hot dog was so burned I couldn’t eat it and took it to the bar and gave it to the chef telling him it was in edible. He took it and just shrugged his shoulders, no apology or offer of an alternative. When my wife had finished her pizza I asked for the bill and reminded her to remove the hot dog. She told me she was unable to remove the hot dog. I told her they can either remove the hot dog and I pay for everything else or I walk out and pay nothing. I was told she would speak to her “team leader” who looked like the chef I handed the hot dog back to in the first place. The hot dog was eventually removed from the bill. Still no apology or visit to the table by the so called team leader. The staff are either incompetent or they don’t care or both. Long story short- go somewhere else in stirling don’t waste your time or money here.

Going to be honest-- originally went to this restaurant for a bit of a laugh since my friend and I are both from the U.S. and the theme of the restaurant is around the Wild West". We found it amusing. I am fully impressed with the staff here though

Great place to eat American. Delicious food. You select and pay your menu from an app after having scanned a QR code at your table. You better reserve the latter if you are more than two. Take away seems also possible, though

Right in the centre of Stirling. Very attractive premises. Food was excellent. Burgers are the speciality. Big selection of drinks also. Service was a bit slow but as long as the food is good that doesn't bother me too much. The TV screens on the walls are a bit distracting and the content was not always suitable for young kids. Some Nikki Minaj stuff was playing if you know what I mean. There are rooms available which we didn't see but my wife informs me they are the fanciest looking toilets with very cool sinks and taps. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Food was ok, bit overpriced I thought.This order by app and getting tricked with sneaky donation that I didn't see until I had paid annoyed me.They expect a tip before you have even tasted the food or experienced the service?Don't think we will be back, which is a shame because it used to be good.

Well what can I say. So this applies to Stirling.Firstly. Ordering via an app when there's waiting staff?? So that's anyone over a certain age who don't use smart phones excluded straight away. Then you have the cheek to expect me to add a tip at the time of ordering when the staff have done nothing. Well that's not happening!! As it turned out I was glad I didn't as the service was almost non existent. The order was missing an item and every time we tried to attract their attention we were ignored so I had to get up and interrupt their little 'chat'.Burger was OK at best I guess but bun was flat and the fries were over cooked. Whoever voted these the best in Scotland needs to get out more. Gabes diner is way better.Veggie option with waffles was bland and just a small point of order. If you advertise Maple syrup then give Maple syrup not golden syrup it's a totally different product.If I want to donate to charity I will. If you want to then you do it out of your profit but don't force me to just to place an order.Very over priced for the not good quality.

This place was so good. We were recommended it by a friend who lives in the area. We were blown away by how yummy the food was. The drinks were great too. But proportions, so make sure you’re super hungry before you go!
