Transform Therapy

Simon is excellent. He diagnosed me quickly and set out an effective treatment plan which alleviate my symptoms greatly. Also, our little one had some issues following her birth which meant she struggled with feeding and had colic. Simon was able to diagnose and treat her too. Her colic left and she was happily feeding after her treatment. Would highly recommend Simon!!

Simon has treated me multiple times for various issues. I have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he's always put me at ease in appointments. His treatments have felt like magic afterwards! I have never hesitated to recommend him to friends. I recently had some significant pain issues that my GP was investigating for months - it wasn't suggested at any point that it might be musculoskeletal but I had an opportunity to ask Simon about it and within one treatment my pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. I am genuinely devastated that he isn't based locally to me any more but I still access his service when I can.

I had a fantastic experience at Transform Therapy. Simon is friendly and professional and fit me in for an appointment as quickly as possible as I was experiencing a lot of neck pain. He identified the problem immediately and the pain reduced massively after seeing him and completely disappeared after two treatments and he gave me great tips and exercises to avoid future pain. I'm so grateful to Simon and his friendly, easy manner made it such a good experience - highly recommend for anyone needing treatment. I struggled with a very sore knee which made it difficult to go about my day to day task without being in agony.I was seen by Simon from Transform therapy who was able to give a quick diagnosis and performed acupuncture on my sore knee. He was very reassuring as I was anxious and following this he explained what the issue was and management plans moving forward.I was sceptical of the acupuncture at first as I had limited knowledge about it but following my treatment, I can honestly say acupuncture might just be the truth!With the nature of my job, it requires me to be on my feet for 13hrs and prior to seeing transform therapy, my knee would be struggling 3 hours into the shift. Driving was becoming difficult. This has since changed as I’ve been able to get through atleast 2 long days without being in agony.He also recommended treatment plans that could help aid in the rehabilitation of my knee and this has definitely been effective combined with the acupuncture I had.

Simon came highly recommended to me when I was struggling with shoulder pain about 5 years ago. I had been to the nhs physio’s several times and tried other private physio/osteopaths after 10 years in pain I had just resigned to living in pain as nothing helped and I was told it was all in my head. That was until I was treated by Simon when he worked at the Knarsebrough clinic. Simon took the time to explain what he was doing where and why. He gave me daily stretches to help aid recovery between treatments. Simon discussed my shoulder pain with the GP which helped me get diagnosed with a bone spur on my collar bone and the cause of my pain. I am an active person who horse rides, runs and loves exercise. Simon has worked his magic and I am now able to live an active life pain free. I continue to see Simon for maintenance and flare up treatments along with my husband who Simon has also now been treating for over a year. I’m so pleased he now has his own clinic. I have recommended simon to many of my friends and family whom he has also fixed. I couldn’t recommend Simon enough as the most knowledgeable, patient and best osteopath !
