Brilliant class with very dedicated trainers. I attended the ladies only class and really was a great group of people with wonderful motivating trainers and staff. Really beneficial for fitness and one of the best classes I have done. Thank you!

A great place to come and learn kickboxing and Kung fu. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful with excellent instruction from the instructors. I would highly recommend the club for anyone looking to get into martial arts.
