Useless bunch of robbers!One of their traffic wardens ticketed me while parked on an unrestricted stretch of road, because the faint ghost of some old parking restriction lines were still visible where they haven’t been painted over properly. Provided clear evidence that where I was parked is currently unrestricted, their appeals officer responded with a cut and paste reply rejection, clearly hasn’t even looked at the evidence.This is the council that didn’t provide a recycling service for two months and then refused to give any refund to council tax payers.Sterling service all round.

Why is there still no lighting in the Greyfriars Gardens at all then the footpath through to the 2nd garden and Great Stour Mews?? You walk after 4pm there from after Canterbury punting co to the end of Great Stour Mews & its pitch black, not safe at all.

Complete unhelpful and useless. I've asked to get help with council tax reduction the women said she would help me by sending a link to the page that helps with it only to be sent nothing to my email.Why is it so hard to help people when the council tak is so high.Plus they have sent me a final notice which I am not earning enough to pay.Corrupt is an understatement.

Corrupt to the core. Cannot seem to find money to pay the waste management team to collect the waste from our homes. Excuse me but why do we bother even paying our council tax bill if the money isn’t even funding the infrastructure and basic services. complete disgrace.

I'm trying to be charged for Council Tax that I do not owe, as I am no longer living in the property. Canterbury Council staff are extremely rude, they do not listen to residents. All they are bothered about are students in the town who bring them their bread, everyone else can go to hell for all they care.

Absolutely discussed with your service. Wanted to park in Whitstable for the day in our motorhome, found a spot, went to pay but the machine wouldn't except any of my 3 different payment cards. Phone you hoping to make payment, but was told use the Ring Go app, or pay by cash. No sorry, no other options. Will not be staying around Canterbury area if that's the council's answer. Very unhappy.

Abysmal. They charge obscene taxes business rates and provide exceptionally poor services. They don't respond to complaints.They use a so called business improvement district" to increase costs for businesses
