Seriously this is a company to avois - care is not what they do!!

One can only speak as one finds----and this company is excellent; they are helpful,compassionate and professional, generally punctual bearing in mind the knock on effect of delays TGPepper

I've just terminated my father's contract at the Luton office after 7 weeks. I would strongly advise anyone in the Luton area not to touch this company they are a disgrace. They have continually failed to turn up with no prior warning, which has created potential serious consequences for my father. After ringing the office on numerous occasions to complain no one calls you back or even tries to offer an explanation. You don't even get the impression they understand the severity of missing care calls, no one in the office appears to care! My dad has unfortunately had to use carers for 6 years and in all that time never have I experienced such bad management and customer care from a company who have the audacity to call themselves 'Better Healthcare'. The current management in this office simply do not care that its people's lives and well being they are dealing with. Today was the last staw! It's all a big joke to them!!! The impact on families from their negligence is no joke!!!

I don't know who wrote positive comments, friends and family?! They don't deserve a single star. Please if you have elderly or disabled family member, avoid! Poor management and inexperienced staff in Luton! Child would be a better care provider! They shouldn't exist because they are risk to peoples life and health! Too many complaints that were completely ignored! Never improved! The staff is always late or too early, the office has a big mess and has no clue whats going on. Wouldn't be surprised if the carers are just random people from the street. They are never in for as long as they should stay and can't do simple task not mentioning about helping disabled person! Pathetic and disgraceful service! Be ashamed Better healthcare and change your name to The Worst Care!!!

Previous employee of this company and I can say that they are TERRIBLE! £8.20 PH WHILST USING MY OWN CAR AND PAYING FOR MY OWN BUSINESS INSURANCE. 20P PER MILE SO WOULD BE BETTER OF WORKING IN ASDA AS YOU WOULD BE TREATED BETTER. AS FOR THE ORGANISATION I WOULD NOT LET MY FAMILY BE LOOKED AFTER BY THESE. WORKERS ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING IN AND OUT OF HOUSES. AND CERTAIN NEEDS ARE NOT ADHERED TO. A LEGAL CASE WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS.

My sister had carers from Better Healthcare October 2019 for a few weeks when she was sent home from hospital. I met the two young ladies who came in the morning and lunchtime. They were really lovely and and my sister thought the world of them. She also spoke very highly of the other carers that came into her. My sister eventually had to go into a care home but she always spoke of how kind, caring and cheerful the carers were from this agency. Thank you Better Healthcare Services.
