MAG replaced an old Machine we had on lease, our Machine is in constant use so a seamless changeover is what I needed. Communication was great all the way through the process which made things clear. The two Engineers who removed the old Machine and Fitted the new were great (Dan and James), got the swap out done with little questions and left the area in a clean condition how they found it.

Great company! I recently purchased a new commercial washing machine from MAG and I couldn't be happier. AMAZING! An overall positive experience with MAG. I was let down at the last minute by my previous supplier so I needed to replace my broken industrial washing machine quickly. Mag’s engineer measured up the next day, recommended a suitable replacement and the new machine was fitted soon after.We are sincerely grateful and genuinely thankful to the whole team at MAG Laundry Equipment for their professionalism and helpfulness. All in all the company comes across professional and sells quality products. From a more personal experience view my 5 stars are for the customer service experience I received from their representative Stephanie. She was an absolute dream to deal with and was so easy to communicate with. Its a real plus that she has the friendliest accent the UK has in my opinion and was very easy to liaise with.
