Judith has treated me for many years be it a pre-race tune up or with my running niggles and injuries. She has always got me back to fitness ready for the race I thought I'd not be able to do. Always reassuring in her diagnosis, she puts my mind at ease when I'm thinking I'll never be able to run again.Her Pilates classes are excellent. She creates a great atmosphere and they are always fun.I couldn't recommend Judith more highly.

I first visited Jude while waiting for surgery on a herniated disc in my lumbar region. Jude gave me a full MOT followed by massage, manipulation and an exercise and stretching plan. I seriously considered NOT having the surgery after only four sessions with her as I was almost 90% pain free... However, after my surgery I joined Judith's Pilates class which helped me to recover and improved my core strength.Since then I have had Jude treat me for multiple damaged ligaments and pulled muscles. I wouldn't visit anyone else now and have recommended her services to many people. Incidentally she also does a fabulous relaxing massage with hot stones and aromatherapy oils which I also highly recommend!!! Like floating on a cloud...I wouldn't trust anyone else with my physical therapy. Don't take my word for it, book in and try for yourself. You won't regret it...

Judith is wonderful! A super caring and knowledgeable therapist who seriously improves things. Not only does she examine and treat you in an individual session but gives you loads of guidance on how to stay injury free in the future.
