My wife has been a yoga student of Maninder's for 3 years. During this time it helped her deal with her job redundancy after working for 20 years. The classes brought new perspective and although she had never done yoga before, Maninder's sessions are well structured and flexible to allow any skill level to join and not feel out of place. Do expect a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I should know as I have also attended a class. My wife has been to every yoga retreat and feels very refreshed when she returns back to her busy schedule. We highly recommend yoga with Maninder.
