Waited near 2 hours for a delivery,only lived up the road. Then wen i rung all i got was emm,well it is satuarday,we are busy. So after paying. Still had to go pick it up, waited 10 mins then, and after all that. The pizza was cold..

Ordered online and it was sent to the wrong store. Went to collect the pizza at this store and was informed of the mix up. The staff member Chris straight away offered to make me a new pizza, excellent service, thank you.

Shocking service tonight - online ordering said about 36 mins for delivery. Still in “prep” stage on the tracker an hour later. Called to chase it up and been told it was just going in oven and would be here in 15 mins. 30 mins later it’s been in the oven and sitting in “Quality check” - not expecting it to be hot when it gets here. Dinner was supposed to be around half 7 not near 9pmIn response to the reply - I did the feedback and was given £18 back…. The person I called to chase my order said I would receive a full refund, which was not progressed.

Ordered a pizza from here with extra cheese but it looked the same as always. Hard to prove they didn't put extra cheese on though. Pizza was undercooked and a bit soggy. Given up ordering from dominos now as quality is shocking.

Great pizza and great service from Inverness southEdit** gone right down hill. Orders are always late even when you order online in advance for a later pickup.. no point ordering for a certain time if they haven't even started making it when you arrive at your time of collection

Appalling customer service from an Eastern European woman who couldn't be ruder if she tried ! I called Dominos today at around 12:45 and wanted to place an order for over 10 pizza to be delivered to Nairn. She was so abrupt about it, telling me that it’s not worth for them to deliver to Nairn and they only do it for big orders. I explained that over 10 pizzas is a big order ! At the end I suggested that I will come and collect it but she was so abrupt I decided to leave it and go somewhere else . Disgrace
