Zak has been such an enormous help to us on our renovation. Our original SE couldn't continue our project so Zak was recommended to us. He came to visit the next day as we needed urgent advice, gave sound advice to my contractor and is on hand to assist in any queries and give professional advice. He genuinely wants to make sure things are done correctly. He charges a really fair price and wants to make sure our renovation goes according to plan.I highly recommend him.

I was recommended zak from (Universal consulting ) as I was looking to extend my property and I can honestly say I'm so glad he was. I used Universal Consulting for my complicated house structural plans. Zak from Universal consulting came out on time at the date and time provided to me for my initial consultation.He provided me with a price which we agreed and moved forward with using them for the structural design works.Althoug Zak mentioned his timescale he managed to shave some time off his own deadline and got my detailed structural design back to me. He provided myself, the architect and the local authority with all the information required. As he has done a lot of work with the local authority it made the processing with them very quick and easy as Zak knew exactly what information was required by them.Even after all the information provided, now halfway through my build, I still contact Zak if the building contractor is stuck or needs clarity ok a certain structural issue which he will either answer for me immediately or get back to me at his earliest convenience (something I don’t think many designers/engineers would do after receiving their payment)A very knowledgable and friendly firm to have dealt with and I will defiantly be using them over and over again.
