After removing my Slide and Hide oven door to clean, I was unable to replace it as the mechanism slipped. Allen came out the same day and it took him no time at all. I am very happy with the service.

Allen did a great job repairing my dishwasher. The text reminder service that lets you know when they are coming (AM/PM), then a subsequent text to say they are on their way (and allowing you to track their progress on the map) provides an experience of a business far bigger than theirs, and one I find highly unusual in normal dealings with tradesmen! The part replaced initially by Tim didn't work, but Allen diagnosed the underlying problem, ordered the part and sorted the issue. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Expensive but pleased that an engineer fixed the door on my dishwasher the next day. Very professional and polite.The first responder to my call was unable to attend for five days but happily offered to reject the job which meant it was offered to another engineer who was able to attend the next day.

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I have used them several times in the past and they've always been good but this time I'm not sure what went wrong on their end.We called them to have a look at our tumble dryer back in Oct 2022. The repairman diagnosed the problem and a part was ordered. He fitted the new part and took the broken part with him which we later found out was not standard protocol. The dryer still wasn't working so he came back, concluded the new part he had fitted was faulty and a new part was ordered and fitted. It still didn't work. He returned and then said it was a different part that wasn't working and reassured us that the original part that he had changed would've needed changing anyway.This was now just before Christmas that they said they would order the new part. Christmas passed and still no sign of it. We understood that there had been strikes so delivery was delayed. There were promises of ringing to keep us updated but that never happened. We've had to chase up every couple of weeks asking for updates. We were told that their regular supplier had sold out of the part we needed and they were looking for other suppliers. Fine, that happens. Several weeks have now gone by, again with us chasing them for updates and there is still no new part. I have tried ringing them recently and I either can't get through or my call isn't answered. We are now fed up with waiting and feel like we've been fobbed off. If they are unable to fix the machine then it would've have been courteous of them to just be honest and say. We would've understood. Instead we have been left with a broken dryer for 4-5 months and out £100. We can't even ask for a refund for the broken" part they replaced as their repairman took it with him.Edit: After calling me back they were kind enough to refund the £50 we paid for the part."
