I placed an online enquiry and Alan was very quick to respond. I needed a EV charger install quickly as I already had the car and had been let down by another supplier.Alan was able to quote me same day and had availability the following week to install. He was regularly communicating and turned up as agreed.There was a problem with the charger failed out of the box (not his fault and rare) but he got straight on it with a replacement and returned 2 days later on a Saturday to it.All work was completed very neat and he tidied up on completion.

Fantastic and reliable service with care taken to my property. The EV install was completed and commissioned and he even plugged my Wi-Fi router into a generator to allow me to continue working from home. Thanks for the advice on chargers also!

Newcroft Electrics is a very professionally run company, Alan has been a great installer for my EV Charger, very knowledgable and do know what he is doing. He has been very prompt with his timing and promises. He is caring the job he is doing and made such a proper installation without harming anything not making any excessive holes or leaving lose cables. He is very dedicated to his work. Received multiple quotes through MyEnergi for a Zappi and Harvi install, and Alan understood exactly what I was after and his Google reviews were excellent so I went with him. He organised an upgrade of my main supply via the DNO and then arrived as planned to do the install. He worked around my need to attend an online meeting by doing things in a different order so as not to interrupt the power supply. Install done efficiently, excellent training on how to use it and gave a good clean afterwards.I would highly recommend Alan, he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Alan did a brilliant job for us in installing a new in line extractor fan and ducting to replace an existing one which wasn’t working causing damp problems in our bathroom. He was very professional and made good suggestions for how to improve the installation to minimise the chances of future problems and the overall effectiveness of the fan. So far everything is working very well and has made a big improvement in our bathroom.

Alan recently fitted a Zappi EV charger for me. The communication through to fitting was excellent and done in a very short timescale. I can not praise the quality of the installation and the professionalism of Alan enough. I would fully recommend Alan, and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Alan has been working on the electrics at our old (C17th) farmhouse for several months, to enable us to prepare for a new kitchen and for future improvements. It is fair to say that at times it hasn’t been the easiest job; holes collapsing after being drilled, client trying to help but probably hindering more(!).Alan has approached all of the work professionally, discussing the elements with us and ensuring we are happy with what is planned before doing the work.
