Friendly and efficient service. Very open with their pricing and offered a solution that was transparent with all aspects of what we required covered under one simple contract, which was poles apart from our previous provider. So very happy with their customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We are a new customer to Roundstone and I must admit I am so impressed. We have 2 water coolers which both look very smart. We also buy our vending products through our dedicated account manager. Nothing seems to be a trouble, fast delivery & competitive pricing. I would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from Kim. Ordering supplies is really easy and delivery very quick. We changed our supplier as Roundstone was cheaper for both the machine and for the supplies than our last supplier.
