I've had various treatments with Becky over a number of years so it's like visiting a good friend, every treatment I've had has been deeply relaxing and soothing and in such wonderful surroundings. I had been looking for somewhere local to me in Oxfordshire to have an infrared sauna because I know how beneficial they are for all sorts of health issues and just keeping the immune system in order. It just so happened that Luminate Wellness had recently opened and had an infrared sauna. So I booked in for a session and all I can say is… WOW! Such a stunning and idyllic setting on a farm in Hagbourne and inside is just so beautifully finished with a high end spa feel to it! The sauna was amazing and Becky explained it all to me and suggested some other amazing treatments I might benefit from alongside them. I will now officially be having weekly saunas here during these colder months to help with removing toxins and keeping my health in check! Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for ways to naturally improve and enhance your health!
