I was unfortunate to suffer a vehicle breakdown nearby on a busy stretch of road. My breakdown cover had expired so I was in a bit of a pickle! New Farm Motor Services were just down the road and they agreed to recover the vehicle to their location. When I asked what the price was they simply said 'Just give us something for the tea fund.' It's difficult to find decent customer service, nevermind somebody who wouldn't look at my desperate situation with an eye for profit. Top job and much obliged for your assistance!

Great service ,booked me in to check a LPG problem on my hummer and found the problem within 10 minutes .Also fixed another problem and the cost was very reasonable .I will defiantly use this garage again in the future .Highly recomended

My car needed its first MOT. I took it in on a Friday and was told later that it had failed due to a faulty seat belt clasp. The replacement part needed wouldn’t be available until later on the following Monday leaving me without a car for three days as I was told in no uncertain terms that it would be illegal having failed. Over the weekend I poked a screw driver into the clasp and released the mechanism rendering it working again. Needless to say that I was annoyed that the garage hadn’t bothered to do this and just left me high and dry. Not impressed by their attitude either which was quite blasé. I won't be going back
