I booked an appointment with Nomads through their central booking system. The man on the phone was helpful and the whole booking process was simple.When I arrived for my appointment I was seen by a lovely lady at reception who took my details and waited a short time to see my nurse. My nurse was simply wonderful! So friendly and personable. We chatted about where I was going and what I might need, as well as the rugby which was just kicking off. I didn't feel rushed at all, and the entire process, even getting a jab, was pleasant. I have already recommended Nomads to others who are going travelling. It is well worth the peace of mind, and definitely worth paying a visit to these lovely people.

The staff at Nomad Travel Clinic were nothing short of amazing today. After having an appointment with my local GP, the Dr advised I check out private clinics for more vaccinations for our son before travelling to Thailand in December. I’m a first time mum so had lots of questions but they were so patient and kind towards me. I can’t thank Joe and Claire enough. They even helped entertain my 2 year old so I could have an in depth conversation about the risks and what needed what & where. I haven’t been back home to Thailand for 4 years so was quite anxious about the whole trip including travelling with a toddler, making sure he’s going to be well and safe etc but now I feel ready. I would definitely recommend Nomad and will be returning for more advice if we travel anywhere else in the future.

I attended this clinic for the first time on 26/05/23 following my GP’s recommendation.At the clinic I was seen by Dhanya who discussed my travel plans with me and identified the advised vaccinations. She provided me with suitable advice to inform my decisions. Everything was clear and transparent, she even invited me to view the results on the computer screen for the regions I was intending to visit. I had the vaccinations there and then and Dhanya gave me a leaflet with further guidance… including appropriate repellent sprays and where to source them.I will definitely re-use the Nomad clinic in future and hopefully will be attended to by Dhanya again!

I just wanted to say that I’ve just had a fantastic experience at your Cardiff branch. After booking an extremely last minute appointment I was seen by nurse Danny. She was incredibly knowledgable & so easy to talk to. Really couldn’t speak highly enough of that appointment, seamless interaction. And the lady on the front desk was just so lovely from entrance to exit. Will be highly recommending your services in future. Thank you!

Required a updated form of vaccinations I had in 2018, I filled in a quick 5 minute form on their website and received an email with the vaccination record less than an hour later.Professional and very efficient company that I will use for all my holiday vaccines in the future

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.booking was efficient.We were met by a delightful and efficient receptionist who had all our details to hand and took us in early.The clinic nurse was superb; very professional and knowledgeable, very welcoming and produced a very satisfactory solution for our travel requirements. She went the second mile to track down old vaccination records.really impressed. Thank you very much.
