Great item at good price, about 35% cheaper than going through a main Lexus dealership. Outer box was a bit battered, but checked contents and as they had been packed in their individual boxes, everything was fine. Saved around £200 by buying online rather than letting garage supply & fit.

Excellent Customer Services I am very pleased with the service I received from online order to receiving the genuine parts. I am recommend “Lexus parts direct” to all Lexus owners. It's value for money. I need to change the wipers. Lexus Dealerhip quote me £77.00. Wipers cost me £29.95 from Lexuspartsdirect and it look me 5 minutes to change these.

Ordered a set of Lexus windscreen wipers, arrived fully packaged but drivers side has small chunk missing in rubber leaving unswept part of screen. I expect will be replaced if I return, but the inconvenience of the return process outweighs the benefit. Will source elsewhere next time.

Flawless experience from start to finish, there was a delay on the part but Lexus Parts Direct (LPD) kept me regularly updated throughout. When the part arrived it had a different part number but LPD were very quick to allay my fears and explain the reason to my satisfaction. I will have no reservations using them again.
