Daughter lost her jumper in the store and we had two ladies help her with it and found it. It was very well handled by both of them.

Wonderful store the staff very friendly and always willing to help. As soon as my children entered the store they were greeted and were given a free gift from a lucky dip bag nothing major but put a smile in their faces. They also put on a easter egg hunt and entered us in a prize draw. Fingers crossed. Well done as a retailer you ticked all my boxes.

FRAUDSTERS - This shop should be shut down. We bought a faulty product and they wouldn’t accept the return a day later. Filing a complaint with the consumer ombudsman.

Very busy and plenty of choice.Staff are so helpful and sweet to the little ones.There's even a little set of steps up to the counter so they can reach the till to pay for their goodies!

I have a concern that every time I buy a toy with a battery I am told the battery in the toy is a demo. There is one sales person who suggests that there may a short life to the battery and only has a few replacements left.Being a granny I bought at great extra batteries and never needed them. Beware
