The staff are friendly once you get to speak to them but because the store is not busy, they don't seem to want to help. On my recent visit the manager was discussing work shift schedules while on shift with one staff member for 20mins despite me and other customers in the store needing help but did not want to interrupt the conversation.

I called in on Saturday afternoon 18.05.2019 to buy a pair of walking shoes and as soon as I walked in the three staff started acting like idiots having a laugh with each other on borderline of rowdy and the lad in charge was loudly saying I run my store my way (utter pillock), but either way they never asked if I needed help and they were as approachable as much as it would be approaching rowdy teenagers in a bus station for help...morons work there.

Not enough sizes . Customer service shocking . Manager not interested in whether purchases should be made or not . Had a do what you want attitude , went to go outdoors instead
