Excellent meal with family food very good staff very friendly too !!!

Stunning venue for a wedding which was why we were there. Luckily weather was lovely so we're able to sit outside and enjoy the gardens and view. The wedding breakfast room was beautiful. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was plentiful and very tasty. No photos as most were of wedding guests.

Only used The Loft" ref baby shower afternoon. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Cannot comment on main meals but thought bar prices were a but steep but hotel and the grounds were very well looked after"

Booked for my daughters wedding after having to change date it was 3rd time luckyThe venue and service was more than 5 star we had the most amazing day eveything was taken care of. All the staff were fantastic friendly and provided excellent service. Janine the wedding planner went above and beyond what was expected even helping entertain my grandson along with some of the other staff.She made sure everything was perfect and that the day run smoothly. The food was fantastic everyone thought it was amazingIf your looking for a venue that is good at eveything this is the place fantastic staff, wedding planner, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff and spotless venue and just have the skill to pull off a perfect wedding then look no furtherI highly recommend and so do all our guestsThank you Janine and all the staff we had the best day ❤️

Staff great, rooms really clean but bed too small and uncomfortable, low pressure on the shower and despite staff saying that maintenance had attended the broken tap it hadn't been fixed.

Went there for an event the food was beautiful and the service was great! Was very warm Im not sure if they had air con. Be beautiful for a wedding venue

Went back here after a funeral there appeared to be plenty of food with tea and coffee also a varied selection of food. There was a vegetarian selection as well

Great location, quirky design, very steampunk. Strange choices made by management in some areas. Ie forcing wedding guests to use the function room bar before the wedding even takes place.

November 26th 2022. There were 60 of us at our annual church Carvery Christmas lunch...it was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. The delicious food was so plentiful..piping hot..turkey, beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, tasty stuffing, boiled potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, sprouts, pigs in blankets, lovely gravy, cranberry and horseradish sauce! What a feast it was! The decor was gorgeous! The staff were so pleasant. Can't rate this place high enough...Really great!!
