We sought Charlotte's help in the design and project management for our first home. We needed to do quite some work on the property (re-wiring, replacing the roof, converting the basement into a laundry room, entirely re-designing two bathrooms, etc) and, as first-time homeowners, didn't quite know who to contact and how to arrange all that work. We used Charlotte’s services to change our spare bedroom - quite an awkward space (loft room) - into a nursery, along with tidying up some other rooms around the house (kitchen, living room, office/spare room). She was simply superb. Even where we didn’t quite know what we wanted, she somehow knew what was going to work: she has made our flat suit us and our needs far better than we could have! With innovative space saving ideas and organisation, as well as beautiful creative vision, she listened to our thoughts and was absolutely fine if we didn’t like something or think it worked - indeed, she was keen to hear anything as she so wanted the final product to be exactly right for us. We loved her way of working, and her flexibility - willing to change things to budget or taste and manage within our timescales and parameters. With her knowledge and ideas she finds things at far better value and quality than we would have been able to. She is incredibly invested in every project and as such is really hands on (very helpful when I was 9 months pregnant!). She has access to a brilliant range of tradesmen and organised the entire redecoration like clockwork, with exacting standards on behalf of her clients. I have already recommended her to friends and colleagues. She took all the stress out of trying to do work to our home (as was much needed) and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. We (and our dog!) are sad the project is over and will certainly be using her services again if we ever need to.

Charlotte has been phenomenal in regards to completely remodelling our home. Not only did she put an all-star team together that she led graciously, in a timely manner - in what has been a very tough market as regards securing contractors - but she also managed us; my husband is a risk-averse lawyer and Charlotte ensured he was comfortable with every decision, laying out the options and noting down all the details, addressing his every concern no matter how big or small in a manner that only Charlotte can do. I just showed up for the result and I love it! There is no one else I would have had in my home and trusted with this. It has added a ton of value to our property already. I would not hesitate to work with Charlotte on another project again (hopefully soon!). Feel free to call me personally if you are ever thinking of working with Charlotte.
