Another very well maintained Mcdonalds restaurant.We enjoy travelling and have used many Mcdonalds so I've gained quite a knowledge of what the 'standard' of Mcdonalds is in general. This Mcdonalds was a very good example of that, clean, tidy, very friendly staff who offered my child colouring supplies.Food was ordered via app and brought to table quite quickly, in some restaurants the wait time can take a while. This place was quite busy so I was expecting a delay (I think it's justified to give a little time on busy days) breakfast menu was being served and it was rather busy yet food was brought promptly. Well packaged and put together nicely.Toilets were clean and so was restaurant. Great experience thank you.

This is a great place to come, sit, talk really loudly, and make everyone feel uncomfortable if you're a middle-aged male Albanian.You don't even need to order any food, it's brilliant. Just pretend you're waiting for a deliveroo order!Just congregate on the right-hand side as you go in and customers with families will avoid that entire area and just try and fit on the other side. You can even lech at young female customers. The photo just shows a small portion of the gang here! Come join us!Food today was perfect, if not thrown together a little (had to build my own big mac from the ingredients in the box). Staff are friendly and efficient.

Ordered through drive through, no milk so not serving coffee, ordered a latte instead?? No napkins, sauce, sweetners/sugar, stirrers, staff had very little interest in customers

Went to get our food for tea tonight as a treat for our poorly son. We went through the drive through. They take our order but get the size wrong. We order a large not a medium. We only find this out when went collect our food at the last window. It was only 40p difference that they wanted us to pay but we don't carry cash, only card, the manager actually wanted to take our card from us to take it to a different area to pay the 40p difference. Like how crazy are you?!?!? How many strangers are you willing to give your credit card to and have them disappear for god knows how long. And she was actually agitated that I refused to give her my bank card. Its actually fraud to pay for something using another person's bank card so that idiot needs sacking straight off the bat. In the end I had to rummage around the car to find odd change hiding in random places just to pay the damn 40p so we didn't have to go back around, at this point the queue was huge.The second point to make is that we got x3 mcflurrys. They only had a tiny amount of ice cream in so I had to tell them to put the right amount in. It was pathetic. They never fill up the mcflurrys to the correct amount that we pay for but I usually just ignore it. Tonight after dealing with these idiots over 40p I just had to say something about it because it's ridiculous. And again, they were agitated. Give us what we ask for and give us what we pay for. Shameful. There are plenty of different mcDs in Blackpool that I will be using from now on instead of this one.

Got a garlic mayo wrap meal large. Got 2 pieces of chicken. Photo added. Hardly any mayo etc. But got large fries. Didn't even eat it. Was disgusted you can call it a meal.

Not the best experience. Floor was very wet (but there was a sign) and food was burnt and disgusting. Obviously rushed together. Carole was very helpful though and took care of it for me which made up for it. Not sure ill come back especially being the only McDonald's I know of in England that charges 10p for a dip.

Check your order before leaving the drive through. They regularly forget to put condiments, dips, syrup, milk in the bag. You have to remind them. Otherwise it's your average MacDonaldsupdate... still getting orders wrong in the drive through. Staff too busy chatting to listen properly, read orders or clarify orders.June update: still forgetting parts of the order (didn't give me my bottle of water), didn't give me milk for tea. I'm beginning to think it's policy.

Dropped in for a quick freshen up and a drink before starting our journey back to London. The staff were friendly and the drinks were cold. What more could we ask for.
