I was looking around for a replacement for my car and tried a couple of main dealers which was not a great experience. I met a Nicola at Doves and I can’t fault the way she handled the whole process. Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in you as a buyer, everything about the sale was handled smoothly with clear communication at all times. A great experience and a shame that more dealers can’t be like this.

New timing chain put on BMW Mini Countryman - Excellent service.Reasonable quote (done online and discussed by phone); able to fit car in same week; work undertaken in timely manner.We were kept up to date throughout and the additional small additional work identified whilst replacing the chain again was done quickly, at a reasonable cost and without fuss. Andrew was amazing , I called yesterday about a car and he did everything he could to help me , unfortunately the car was in Preston and someone was testing driving it today BUT he would get back to me , I called him today as I drove to Sidcup and had seen a car I liked it was over budget but nice , he explained that was a lot of money for that car but to wait and see if the other test drive was successful and he would get back to me .2 hours later I was back in his dealership and bought a better car than the one I was going to get 2,000 cheaper and being delivered to his garage , Perfect I could have saved 6 hours of my time and stress and just gone straight back to him .Honestly this man is honest and caring and that to me deserves a recognition and recommendation to anyone who wants a car.Thank you Andrew you were a pleasure to meet .

Went in today and meet Andrew. He was fantastic, real gentleman and honest sales person. Really refreshing from the usual car sales person persona. He was respectful and kind to my elderly mother.
