What a fantastic pamper session for our 3 pooches. Sam is very, very patient especially with Alfie our rescue dog and Poppy loves her picture taken. I think Crowley has a crush. I would recommend Sam to anybody with a dog having a bad hair day.

This lady is fabulous! She fitted us in really quickly as our dog was desperate for a cut, the cut was the best he has ever had! He looks amazing, he is normally nervous, but seemed really happy and calm.Recommended to many friends. Thank you Sam

This is the first time that our 13 month old Spaniel has ever been groomed, so we were a little apprehensive initially. However we were soon put at our ease and felt very confident that our dog was going to be in safe, caring and professional hands. The result was wonderful, we are so pleased that we chose Shampooches and have already made a follow up appointment.I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I am absolutely delighted to have found Sam! She is professional and friendly and nothing it too much trouble. Sam really gets to know what you would like your pet to look like by asking plenty of questions. If you have any questions Sam is thorough in explaining things to you. I’ve had lots of lovely comments about how lovely my dog Fleur looks since taking her to Sam’s. I have now booked up for the rest of the year! If you find Sam I have no hestitation in recommending her. Thanks Sam!!

I was nervous and also excited about our working cocker spaniel having her first groom. After speaking to Sam on the phone about my worries regarding Ruby’s fears of the clippers I felt very reassured that Sam would cope no problem. Sam spent time on our first visit to talk through the type of cut we wanted and she had allowed extra time to spend with Ruby. We are very happy with the result and Ruby looks great, just how we wanted her to look. We will definitely be returning to Sam for future grooming.

Sam has been so good for us and our cockapoo. She was was really nervous about going in initially but Sam puts her at ease and works so well with her. She always come back happy and looking amazing, we love seeing what a good job she's had done and looking so fresh and cute again, thank you!

We loved the whole experience with Sam. Freddie and Oscar are cockapoo puppies with very different coats and Sam was just great at understanding each one's needs. She made them, and us, feel really relaxed and happy and a chance meet on a walk the next day sealed the choice with all of us very happy to see Sam. A wonderful lady with great grooming skills

Absolutely recommend having your dog groomed here. Sam is so lovely and our dogs are completely relaxed with her. Great cuts and they always look super cute afterwards

Sam is wonderful with my rescue mini schnauzer who was so nervous and frightened of every one. She always comes back happy and calm and looking gorgeous! Would recommend Sam to anyone , she’s so kind and thoughtful , my Poppy is quite happy to go there.
