New Identity Tattoo Studio

Beth is amazing at what she does! (Proof is in the pictures!) Exactly what I wanted, and an enjoyable day in the studio, such a chilled and comfortable atmosphere and Beth is so lovely too! Definitely going back to her for my next one.

Amazing artists very friendly and have amazing art work. I had Artist Beth do my thigh piece I would definitely recommend her she is very creative and creates amazing designs. As well as the other artists. Very pleased

I turned up 10am like I was told to and the shutters were still down10.15am someone's turns up to open. No apology or anything for being late. Once I had filled the form in the ipad I then sat onthe sofa for over an hour waiting. No one thought to inform me the tattooist was running late. No one spoke to me. Very disappointing service compared to other places I have been to. Tom did a good job of the tattoo but I was not impressed with the shops customer service.

Absolutely lovely people and Beth was incredible with my sternum tat! Managed to have fun through the pain and got a stunning tattoo now as well!:))

Went a few months ago waited 2hrs over my appointment time and despite following all aftercare steps correctly for weeks the colour has faded completely on one and the ink has dropped out on another. Safe to say I’ll book somewhere else for the touch up.

I Went to Chloe for an amazing offer she still has on currently. I am so pleased with my tattoos, how I was greeted, the cleanliness, I could keep going! I’d definitely recommend! Thank you so much New Identity and mostly Chloe for her amazing work < 3

My experience wasn’t the best in the studio with tom. He came in with an attitude as he was double booked and must’ve been with a regular customer of his that he had to tell to wait. He made me wait 20 mins to talk to his regular customer and drew up his design which ate into my time for my tattoo which just came across as unprofessional. Also said he’d refuse to touch up my tattoo if I used bepathem without giving a substitute , not very professional again as I could just go else where. The girl on reception was lovely and whoever I spoke to on instagram to book my tattoo was very polite aswell. Just ashame my tattoo experience was made uncomfortable. I would come back but use a different artist possibly. I like my tattoo but believe you pay for service along side the art which wasn’t given at all

Went to New identity for my first every tattoo and couldn't fault the place. Staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease and Brad listened to me waffle on for the best part of 5 hours and done an amazing job. Already looking forward to booking in for my next one. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough

Been coming here to see Chloe and everyone in the studio is so friendly & welcoming! Chloe’s work is insane and i love my tattoos! I’ve definitely found the place to be for tattoos! Even my boyfriend has booked in! 10/10 5/5 would recommend
