Good range of of Solid products and a very experienced and professional installation team (Misu, Dimitri, Bari, Jon, Cat and Oliver) did a fantastic job replacing the doors and Windows. Superior sales support provided by Paige. Highly recommended.

A big job & significant part of our renovation cost, one can do as much due diligence but you never know, we're so glad we chose Window Centre Harrow, delighted with our new windows, internal & bifold doors! From the moment I spoke to the receptionist to organise an appointment, to our sales manager Paige (who is a star!), her dad Alan for the onsite visit, to Ben and his fitting team (esp. Dimi!), all of them were knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, friendly, patient and above all customer focussed. They are a credit to the family business, will use again & happy to recommend!

We’ve just had a large porch built by this company and from the outset, starting with the design by Ed and the superb construction by Dimitrie ,Mihai, Ion and Radu, we have been extremely impressed by the professionalism , hardwork , friendliness and skill shown.They were always punctual starting early in the morning, worked tidily and ensured minimal impact on us during the process.The finished porch-completed in just over a week -has exceeded our expectations and we have already received flattering comments from friends and neighbours.We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this firm

We are genuinely blown away over the quality of the windows from this company. We never expected our bi-folds to looks this good. The turnaround time from placing an order to actual installation is unheard of. I lost a lot of time because I needed planning permission because I live in a conservation area. I had other firms tell me they needed 8-12 weeks, which was just too long.The actual installers work nonstop and their attitude to their work is outstanding. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Turned up on time. Didn’t stop until lunch and cleaned up after. Didn't cause a fuss. Nothing.7 years ago my wife lost her wedding & engagement rings. We had no idea where they were. Lost, stolen – absolutely no idea!When the installers were taking out the windows and part of the flooring, the installers from both rings from underneath the boards. They could have easily have taken them (I wouldn't blame them if they did) but instead gave them to me. They said .....we found these...."My wife just was absolutely delighted. Couldn't believe it.Anyone looking for new windows/doors

I have just had our utility room roof upgraded by Dimitriou and Yian and could not be more satisfied with the way the operation was carried out. It was not easy due to the limited space and neighbour's structure, but the team worked very professionally and patiently to do the very best they could, and at all times explained and checked with me about the options to make good with various materials.They returned on a second day to finish off the lead flashing and guttering etc, and I can recommend them highly.I am in the building trade myself as a specialist plasterer, so it was reassuring to see Dimitriou managing the operation so well and having the same attention to detail which I have myself.( We were let down on dates previously by a different contractor, so I was especially grateful to all the staff at the Window Centre to install and deliver on time )I also want to say many thanks indeed to Oliver Barber, the sales consultant, who initially made site visits to see how they could help me. Having had to find a new contractor after being let down, Oliver was most reassuring and professional about things and we soon had a new plan and schedule for the works.Many thanks to all the team at The Window Centre.Marc Ward

A great customer-focused and service experience.We were kept up to date with estimated delivery times which were pretty prompt, which the team met. A smooth process all round.As per previous reviews, the fitters, led by a very customer-focused Stefan, were punctual, diligent, helpful, considered, responsive, and respectful of our home, and us.The windows themselves are great. (Previous ones were ~30 yrs old and well past their best) We're loving it no longer being so frigidly cold! The clarity of the glass (compared to old ones) is a delight too.

Cat and Stefano came to my property to fit the windows. They were very tidy very clean and worked very hard. There are credit to the window centre the window centre gave us a quick Clear price and turned up when they said they would and did everything they promised fantastic company
