Very good experience. We called with an urgent requirement (NO GAS/Heating/Water) following a leak where NGN Emergency Engineer had to suspend our supply and Michael was quick to respond and arrived precisely on time (which was important as we had to arrange during the day with combined work/kid pickup commitments). Northern Gas Networks' emergency engineer couldn't fix on the first visit and suggested that a registered engineer will cost a fair but due to the work required and the awkwardness of the job.Thankfully this was resolved more painlessly than expected and with value for money. Thanks again!!!

Had mikey come to my house on short notice to look at a leaking boiler. He was happy on arrival which instantly assured me. He got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend.
