I work at immortal tattoo and we ordered a printer and computer and we have been a bit of a pain but they did amazing helping us and getting Tracy to come fit it all for us has helped out so much. Would definitely recommend all of them.

I took in two external network storage drives as they weren't working into my local PC repair shop, and I was told that nothing can be done to repair them. These drives have personal files , photos etc. backed up so the prospect of loosing them was unthinkable. I then took them to Rapid PC and they looked into & repaired them with no fuss! Not only they recovered the files that I thought I lost (and the drives work like new) but also their professional & friendly customer service has assured me that in future I will seek for their help computer issues and would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys, you are the best!

First Class service, these guys know what they are doing, friendly and approachable. Had an issue with a hard drive swap and they sorted it out. Laptop is better than ever and am very grateful to them (as are the charities I volunteer with!).Having visited and seen first hand their service their 5* reviews are well deserved and will be bringing in the partner's laptop for a service and HD upgrade. Highly recommended.

HEROES! they totally came to my rescue when my hard drive that had years worth of work on suddenly packed up! They successfully managed to restore all files safely onto a new hard drive in less than 24 hours. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff, so nice to know there is a local company that really can help with complex IT issues. So very grateful.

Found these guys from many recommendations on a local FB post and went along today as an elderly resident in a nursing home I work at had a laptop issue.... problem was sorted in minutes! So very impressive and the gents were were so friendly - I was worried this kind of stuff would be intimidating - not at all. I am joining the many others in singing RAPID PCs deserved praises and highly recommend their services. Thank you, the resident will be absolutely thrilled with this result!

Rapid have been sorting me out now for years and today I picked up my broken laptop which they mended and up dated. It's just so nice to have people to talk to who are at the end of a phone.I genuinely wouldn't go any where else.A year on.Two days ago I decided to replace my old laptop. I took it to Rapid PCs after a chat they sorted out the right one for me.24 hours later I picked it up. All my files had been transfered and they chatted me through all my question and even sorted out a card reader for my ancient digital camera. Rapid thank you!Why would I want to go any where else.

Had many repairs from these guys, never had an issue... only have positive things to say about them. Quality of work and customer service is great! Most recently I had a screen issue repaired with them, they fixed the webcam and mousepad issue free of charge, this is THE place to go for PC/laptop repairs!
