I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for a few years. I had previously received a steroid injection from my GP which I found very very painful so I was reluctant to have another one. Xavier recommended Shockwave therapy and I must say after approx. 3 sessions I started to feel a difference. In total I have had 5 sessions and Xavier has now discharged me, I have no pain and can enjoy walking once again. Xavier also recommended exercise's which I will continue to do. Shockwave therapy was not painful at all and would highly recommend.Xavier ensured I was comfortable throughout, very professional, friendly and cannot thank him enough.

Kavi has been working with my 13 month old little boy who has Global Development Delay. His progress since she’s been working with him is just outstanding. Kavi is amazing. She’s always positive & provides me with really good advice on how to keep up my little boys physio in between sessions. To see his progress just makes my heart burst. All the staff here are wonderful & kind & friendly. I would highly recommend.

Had a course of acupuncture sessions for tennis elbow with Xavier. I was initially a little sceptical as to how effective this treatment would be however I’m now able to play tennis with very little discomfort. Happy to recommend Xcel Physio.

my son who has cerebral palsy he comes here weekly to see physiotherapist Kavi, we have an hourly session,he does lots of different exercises all while keeping it fun, & different every session, he loves coming and Kavi is amazing with him and works on different area of his body each week,she's super friendly and fun, the ladies in reception are lovely and friendly too,he loves the goodie table of treats after his done well in his session,Easy to book appointments, and what I like is that they work around his school time, so he doesn't miss out on that,Highly recommend,

I had my left leg amputated above the knee three years ago following a long illness. Due to years of enforced inactivity, my upper body muscles needed for walking correctly had withered away. I needed specialist help and advice to strengthen these muscles, as walking correctly was all but impossible.After just two sessions, I had a regime set up to follow, which I did. In just over two weeks, my posture and style improved significantly. Three weeks and I was walking unaided. I did not see an amputee specialist, I already have one, I needed core strengthening expertise, and that is what I received.

Not long finished 6 months of physio on my thumb due to a traumatic accident that wasn't my fault. Isha was my therapist and I can't rate her higher, not only physically but mentally she has rehabilitated the use of my thumb and the confidence to use it again, I purchased the silver package.All the staff that I crossed paths with were oozing with professionalism. Highly recommended

I want to thank Miss Simran Kotawala for her expertise in treatment of my lower back, being gentle and patient.I have been having a chronic lower back pain for many years and lost confidence in sitting, moving and even laying down. I would sit in the office in pain and fear that I keep damaging my back. After the treatment and exercises, I can sit without pain and move more confidently. I have gained confidence that my lower back will keep getting improved as I exercise more consistently.

I recently had work experience with Xcel Health and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were all so welcoming and gave me all the information I needed to be able to take the next step in my education so I can study physiotherapy. It was a great opportunity for me where I was able to decide that this is the career I wish to go into as all my questions were answered and I got to see a day-to-day of a physiotherapist. I had some postpartum stiffness and Tiffany did an amazing job at getting my lower back moving again. She was so understanding and compassionate and very clearly knows her stuff. She gave me some great advice, exercises and has given me the confidence to get back to work safely.Thank you so much.

I can't recommend the team at Xcel health enough. All the staff are friendly and professional and I was seen quickly and at a time that worked for me. Xavier worked wonders for me. After taking time to figure out why I was suddenly experiencing pain after running. He showed me stretches I could do alongside his treatment.With the stretches he gave me alongside his treatments I am now back running and almost pain-free! I think as long as I continue I will eventually be completely cured!
