I came across Gilesgate Bathrooms by chance while out shopping. I've wanted a new bathroom for a long time.I walked into a beautiful showroom and thought I probably cant afford anything from here but I was wrong.I was greeted by a really nice guy named Jamie who assured me he could work to my budget.From consultation to planning and finished bathroom he was so kind, helpful and communicated throughout every step. Nothing was a bother and he knew just what I wanted even if I couldn't decide.Products are top quality and great value.I would highly recommend you go take a look. They also help with recommendations of plumbers. I used Elite Plumbing and Bathrooms who were also fabulous.I'm so happy with my bathroom !!

Based in gilesgate with free parking, this bathroom showroom is small but has some fantastic ideas. Both people who work there are very friendly, full of ideas and Amy was very helpful in identifying things that would work together. High quality products and good service

The product arrived in good condition and quickly. I had to contact Adam for more information and he was very helpful and sent another product super quickly because of a mistake I made.

We had great service from Amy, she was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products and the process for getting a new bathroom. We had our own fitter, Paul Roughley who also did a great job. Amy communicated well with us and she was very friendly. We highly recommend this business.
