!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST. Terrible service. After 3 weeks could still not sort the re-covering. Terrible attitude on the phone. Highly unprofessional. Got sofa cushions back. But had to collect even though they picked up. Said they had wrongly priced so did not really want to do it. Only given 1 star as I cannot give zero. Please do not take anything to these cowboys!!!!

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. I gave them my dinning table and six chairs to strip the colour and reupholster. Lack of communication and non excitance of providing any images of the finished work resulted in something that I didnt order after waiting for him to deliver for months. The upholstery wasn’t done properly and the top line of the fabric was uneven. The paint used on the legs of the table and chairs was the wrong paint for oak admitted by Carl himself. The legs were lacquered again by my request and this resulted in dissolving the paint on the legs showing the original dark oak underneath which I was told was filed down to natural oak. The work looks like it was done by an amateur not a professional who claims 30 years experience. Carl refused to come back to sort the problem and asked to be paid again for the job. Terrible customer skills and service. Will not trust them again with any furniture.
