Lord God I've been going to this school for 5 years and I can't wait summer so I can leave, food is awful, I can't tell you how to count past 15.

i have been going to this school for 4 years now and it is terrible. some of the teachers are good but others are terrible for example mr dowson some teachers dont provide us with the learning we need i think the heads should second think who they have working there. some of the teachers such as mr earl does not sort out bulling problems that sudents are dealing with this schools bullying policy needs to improve . the toilets need CLEANING properly , soap needs re filled everyday , sanitary bins need cleaning. food needs improving and there needs to be a space for students to stay indoors during lunch . this school is unhygienic and needs a deep clean .

I was in the class of 2020 so I did the whole thing up until corona cut it short. I've left now and I can say the school is mediocre. Bring your own lunch if you want a decent lunch on any other day than Friday because most of the food tastes like plastic.Just about everything in the school is damaged. From the science benches having countless holes and patterns carved into them to the damaged ceilings due to water leaks and dampness. The computers run a sort of weird version of Windows 7 that looks like Windows XP and have the effective computing power of a calculator.There's soap dispensers around the school to keep good hygiene but none of them have soap in them. There is also a non official smokers corner where kids have Bluetooth speakers and blast MC and EDM music as there are in most schools.Having taken music there I can say that there is a fairly extensive music department with plenty of music gear and 3 practice rooms available. However the equipment is mostly broken or severely damaged. The electric drum kits are the original kits the school bought when it was first built, the acoustic kits are beaten up too. They have 3 upright pianos which are chipped and dented with parts missing and plenty of guitars with dents, and broken strings. The strings that are attached, particularly on bass guitars are ancient and covered in dirt.As for the other subjects they are just sort of mediocre. They have some occasionally broken whiteboards and books as standard with all schools. I can't say I noticed any inventive or original teaching ideas that I haven't seen before. However I cant fault the teaching, though I've never had problems with teachers in general. They can be reluctant to talk to children who are struggling but that's from second hand knowledge. The downside with the staff is they have little control over the pupils, which is the main reason for the damage around the school. They have even had to segregate year 7 and 8 from 9, 10 and 11 because of the behavioural issues they caused.To sum it up, if you're looking for a particularly outstanding school, look somewhere else. If you just want somewhere for your kid to go and get their GCSEs then as long as they don't have a tendency for getting into trouble then you'll be fine going there.

Here for the show hoping for a good performance from the cast we will SEE!!!!!!!Waiting for the curtains to open its a packed house here. Will the cast suffer from stagefright we shall see!
