The service that Sturdy Vac Engineering provides is second to none!I purchased the Svk30 last year from Rodney and its been great. Unfortunately it developed a problem with the cable earlier this month which stopped it from working. This was due to the way I wrapped the cable around the trolley and took the motor unit off to change the bags (lesson learned).I contacted Rodney and without hesitation he arranged for the motor unit to be uplifted. He repaired the damage under warranty and also gave it a wee service then had it returned. Rodney's after care service is excellent!I highly recommend the products and the service that Sturdy Vac Engineering provides. Will use this company for years to come

Excellent robust vacuum. Great service, the unit got completely soaked in the rain but was serviced and tested by Sturdy Vac for a very reasonable fee. Returned as good as new. Highly recommend.
