Friendly and delightful owner who has just begun dying his own yarn with woad and the help of Guido the alpaca! I deducted one star purely because I'm an indie yarn addict and the owner's yarn is the only hand-dyed yarn available here. I feel a bit mean doing that though as he's so nice....

Goodness where to start with this shop? It's a treasure trove of fabrics, yarns, needles, pom pom kits and so much more. Stuart is amazing: kind, honest, helpful. He's taught us to knit, sew, quilt, crochet. We are so lucky to have this little shop. He also recommended where to buy a sewing machine!

It is a lovely place. A lots of wool whose Drops, Katia and the Crazyball. Fabrics of course for everyone. I had a first lesson to learn patchwork. Stuart gave me confidence and helped me to cut fabrics and use a sewing machine. I loved it!

This is a fabulous wool shop. Small but perfectly formed you can find lots of lovely wool. Excellent service by Stuart who is warm friendly and knowledgeable on so many crafty things.

Lovely little shop, the owner is super friendly, helpful and is happy to answer any questions. This place also has knitting groups that you can join so that you can meet up with others to chat, share tips and drink tea
