What a wonderful First class service I received from start to finish. From the moment Dave came to our home to survey the External wall Insulation work (Silicon Rendering), to the moment they started the work led by Alex the supervisor until they left, I had no regret using them.The work team were extremely professional, very friendly, hard working throughout the period, early starters and finishing late in the day. We own an old property which was in a poor state of repair and had been considering external insulation. A family member who had used Spray wall Coating UK recommended them to us and we are glad that they did; our property has been transformed in terms of comfort and appearance. We opted for 50mm insulation and render.Alex and his team were great, despite us being outside of their normal working area and a spell very hot weather, they arrived early, worked hard, circumvented issues, avoided disruption and did a professional job with a great finish. We are very pleased with the work and look forward to the winter.We did ask for a bespoke finish to the windows, which came at extra cost, so do be aware of rising costs if changes are made/needed after the work has started; however the price was still competitive.

Used David and his team to fit external insulation and render system. I have worked myself in the building industry for many years and can honestly say David Webb and his team of very hard working guys are up there with some of the best trades I have worked with. Couldn't fault their ability to overcome any tricky problems. Would definitely use him again on any future projects. Thank you David.

We selected Spray Wall Coatings to carry out a complete re rendering of our house due to the previous rendering failing due to corrosion. SWC were selected because of the professionalism clearly shown by David Webb from the outset. He was very respectful that this was our home and whilst the work would be significant he and the team would do the utmost to minimise the impacts. Price was middle of three quotes we obtained but value was unbeatable. Due to the size of the property we had to have scaffolding erected around the whole house. Scaffolders couldn't have been better, a nice clean and tidy job. David used his team led by Alex who we found to be brilliant. Alex and the team are proper grafters, very hardworking and skilled. The work initially required removal of the old render and make no mistake this was noisy, dusty and messy work but the team kept the house and it's environs as clean as possible. Patio, windows and doors were all screened and protected from dust ingression. Any problems were quickly found solutions and there was no compromising on quality; for example, after applying one of the render coats an expected rain shower fell and the following day Alex asked me to come and look. He told me he was going to reapply the coat across a whole section as he was unhappy with the effect the rain made. When the work was finished Alex and the team cleared up absolutely everything even picking up bits of the old render from flower beds adjacent to the house. For the duration of the work (just over 5 weeks) David kept in close contact with us to check we were happy with progression although there was nothing to report given the professionalism of Alex and the team!! The final result was finished back in October 2019 and we are delighted with result. We had to wait until now to have the woodwork on the house repainted as part of this refurbishment hence my delay in posting this review. I cannot recommend SWC and in particular David , Alex and his team. These days it is rare the experience and outcome lives up to the sales hype but in this case it really did, hopefully the attached photos showing the before, during and after will help the reader understand my enthusiasm and gratitude.

David and his team are an outstanding bunch. Not only do they interact with customers in a really friendly and polite manner, but they have done an outstanding job rendering our end of terrace Victorian house, and have really transformed it. Gabby and his team are also really lovely people, who worked hard and quickly minimising the disruption or mess as much as anyone possibly could. We've had everyone in the neighbourhood commenting on how amazing the house looks, so couldn't be happier. No hesitation in recommending these chaps to anyone. Outstanding all round!

Initial Meeting/Quote - David arrived on time and explained their offerings in detail and the quote gave a good breakdown of the different options and statement of works. This wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive quote we received but it was the best in detail.The amount of colours available from this company is beyond comparison with the final colour matching what we picked.We were given a start date but this was moved to an earlier slot due to a cancellation. This caused some confusion which Dave sorted out instantaneously.The team that came worked with minimal fuss and have done an excellent job, finishing when expected. They took 4 days from start to finish which was excellent, considering the weather, which meant they had to work a long day Saturday until the job was done.This is my first real dealings with this kind of work, but listening to other peoples’ experiences, this was painless in comparison.Highly recommended from start to finish.

Overall the team did a fantastic job. Old victorian that hadn’t previously been looked after or done properly and now we look like we have a brand new house. Very happy with the final finish but be patient. To make sure your property has the best finish possible, you need optimal weather conditions (not too hot and not too rainy). We were going through a period of heavy rainfall so we ended up with scaffold up a while before the job started. This obviously is not their fault, but of course we’re not the only job on their list so it became a little difficult for the team to manage their time and sometimes this led to limited communication. I’m mentioning all of this because it can alarm you and make you feel somethings going to go wrong, but I assure you they come through in the end and you would be very happy with the professional finish to your home. Compared to others, they were better value, better up-to-date processes for rendering and overall a finish you can feel confident with.
