Really friendly and genuinely helpful chap behind the counter.Got some keys cut, and some insoles for my work boots. Got the memory foam ones. My advise, don't bother cutting them.Also do passport photos, phone repairs, shoe repairs and sell some trophies.It cost me £6 per key cut as of last week.Would recommend selling locks, at least a few standard ones. Definitely missing a trick here considering they sell keys (key cutting).

I went to Timpson at Shoreham and was served by Mo. I bought a new leather strap for an existing watch. Mo provided 100% Customer Service and I would not hesitate in recommending Timpson in the future.

Abysmal service. I ordered a replacement key for my car. The key was ordered and I was told two to three days for delivery and then maybe 30 - 45 minutes to program the key. After a fortnight I asked if there was any news but nothing. I cancelled the order, got refund and went elsewhere. The next day We have your key would you like to go ahead once again. I cancelled the second supplier

Took my boots in as the sole was coming off at the toes. They glued them for me at no cost. Was a fast and friendly service from Alex and Mo. Thank you

Alex was really helpful and I didn't feel pressure to make a purchase there and then. I've 2 car keys, one fob and a spare cut from it. The fob has never worked in the door. Alex pointed out the key is worn out. Easy solution new fob and now I've an extra spare.
