Got through on the phone about upgrading my car. But got transferred and on hold for over 20 minutes and have tried again several times. I ain't going to buy from them as I don't trust their after sales support anymore.

Shocking Rude service . Came to test drive a Cupra Born- booked in for 3pm. Turned up - told couldn’t test drive it because was e wanting to lease through my work. They could’ve told me this on the phone - wasted afternoon
