We contacted East Coast Plumbing and Heating on the 28th of November 2023 as we had an issue with our heating. John subsequently turned up and said he would need to send his nephew the next day. A full day off work to ensure we were in and several calls to them and no response. We have since called and text them with no response.I hate to write reviews like this however tradesmen that cannot turn up when promised cause a lot of anxiety and we are now having to rely on another company to resolve this.Hopefully this helps people choose a proper tradesperson.
