Miserable staff. Slow service. Long waiting times. Took car to a different Kia dealer after my experience and that's when I realised how bad their service was. The other kia place was friendly and welcoming, staff worked efficiently and I got my car back so much quicker! Won't be using Bromley Kia again.

Had to use Bromley Kia as the Kia garage in Epsom i had originally bought the car from couldn't even see the car for nearly 6 weeks!. They managed to see my car in less than 3 weeks and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Had 2.5k's worth of work done all under warrenty with no arguments and even got the car back a week before my original appoint with my local Kia. Good communication & service, will definteley use them again even though they are further away from me.

Try to book a service call at 5:50 no one to answer, suppose to close at 6:00 .Call the following day and take 3 phone calls to get the booking . The service is for a motability car , and we can not pick up the car to fare a way ! so I am not impressed .

If you have a Kia and want it serviced by an authorised Kia service garage, then, if this place is close enough for you, I would give it a shot. I have no complaints to date, other than the fact they call it Kia Bromley, when it is clearly in Beckenham.

Just had my six year service, paid over £1000 (service, front and back pads and discs each one around £350 each). This place is expensive and I didn't want to make my warranty invalid, so I payed.
