BN Pumps have serviced my waste water pump for many years and I have always had an excellent service. They arrive when they say they will, do the job and are always courteous and polite and the charges are fair. They’re a proper family business that looks after its customers.

I called these guys in because our original pump had been installed by a company 250 miles away and it made more sense to use a local firm (although still 40 miles away). They have been a great supplier - replaced the original pump with no fuss, doing a tidy job, and then when their new pump broke after only 10 months, replaced it with no charge for parts or labour - of course that is only as it should be but some firms would have made a charge for callout or something. My thanks to them.
