What more can you say nothing but helpful and politevery knowledgeable and never pushygive you the information and let you make the decisionwe originally saw them early show season and didn't commit to purchase until the last one they do of the year as we wanted to researchwe bought an ex-display and where treated the same as everyone else when it came to purchase and delivery nothing was too much troublei would recommend them to anybody and cant wait for the water to be warm enough to use as was only fitted this morning but temp already over 30 so wont be longthanks a lot Jason and co you are stars

Everyone was so helpful. The spa is amazing and is used nearly every day. Very popular with my daughters and their friends and also me when they are not in it! Elite Spas Dorset were so helpful and have carried on being helpful since I had the spa installed in September. Very highly recommended, don't use any other company!

I have recently purchased an illusion spa from Elite Spas Dorset, I would highly recommend these guys if you are considering purchasing a spa. They have been nothing but helpful right from purchase to installation.And i also have no doubt that if a problem occurred with my spa that they would go out of their way to make sure that my spa was up and running again in no time.(However i am positive that I will never have a problem)
